If you need to fill-out some forms, you can download the forms and print them out. Be sure to carry the accomplished form with you on your appointment.

Appointment Guidelines and Policies

Our operating hours by appointment are as follows:

  • 11AM – 7PM from Monday to Thursday
  • 10AM – 5PM on Saturday
  • Closed on Friday and Sunday

*Additional hours can be accommodated.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks and Cash. Please note that returned checks are subject to service fees.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one year from date of issue. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and must be presented at the time of arrival, prior to starting your session.

Product Return Policy

Make-up and skin care products are non-refundable due to health and sanitary reasons.

Children

Please arrange for child care prior to your appointment. Due to salon suite size, chemicals, hot wax, along with maintaining the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we cannot accommodate children unless they are receiving skin care treatments.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are imposed:

24 hours advanced notification is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice of your cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered as a no show and will be charged accordingly for their missed appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointment schedule follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time for your session.
